Message Good Morning Christopher,

Your poem, "The Wind Inside" is beautiful. It's easy to visulise the people you're talking about. I can empathise with the poem too from past experiences, very touching. Thank you for posting such a wonderful piece on your web site.

Message Professor Geary - thanks for the lesson. You really made it easy and comfortable for me as an extreme novice to understand the moves. I can't wait to get started learning more of the techniques and how I can feel like I have better control and more confidence! Ive been practicing while doing my other aerobic activities and just that little bit of time has helped me get more out of doing my kick boxing dvds! I may actually find I have more coordination than I ever thought! Thanks again!

Message Dear Mr. Geary:

I'm Sergio Martinez Cotos, I'm 21 years old, nice to meet you! I'm a student of Political Sciences from Barcelona (Spain) and I'm studying also the primaries of the 2010 Senate and gubernatorial elections. I saw that you have runned for Governor of Nebraska, winning more than 8.000 votes (about 5%), and I'm interested in interview you because I write in a political magazine of my University, the University of Barcelona (UB), and I want to know your vision and your thoughts about the American politics and the reasons why you have runned for Governor of Nebraska. And so, because I want that the students of my University know that there are more much politicians in USA than governors, senators, and the federal government

I hope you can respond to me. Thank you very much.

Sergio Martnez Cotos

Message I'm sorry Chris. My husband and I both voted for you and were hoping at least to see a better turnout. I don't like Heineman, and was looking forward to a change. No matter that you're not part of the "Good old boys" - I wouldn't have voted for if you were! We need some new blood in the county, the state, and the federal levels of government.

You fought the good fight and did what you could - I was proud to support you!

Message Hello Christopher-

A sign caught my eye the other day...I pray you success, happiness, peace and victory in your ventures.

I was quite pleased to see you were running for Governor. I'll get right to the point...

I recently wrote a letter, coupled with a document and mailed them to Gov. Heinemen, Atty. Bruning, Congressman Lee Terry, Dr. Joann Schaefer, and the director of HHS Child and Family Services whos name escapes me at the moment.

The letter I wrote was not written with haste, waste nor was the document prepared with a taste of revenge. I wrote what I wrote because it is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth because I am consecrated only to God.

Congressman Terry forwarded my information to the Sarpy County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Dr. Schaefer forwarded my information to the Nebraska State Patrol, Bellevue Office.

Last year I spoke with the La Vista Police Dept. Officer Rappold. Officer Rappold promised me an investigation. I also spoke with Investigator Schwaggart of the AFOSI. Investigator Schwaggart told me that if my former husband's name came back up, they would do a serious investigation. I have been in contact with Detective Kozlinski of the Omaha Police Department. I had also spoken with an investigator in Bellevue to forward my information concerning a homicide in Omaha. I did this because I needed for someone of integrity to witness my actions regarding the information supplied.

Christopher, I would like to meet with you. I would love to ask you in person your opinion on what I can do next. I don't have family that I can trust; I don't have a husband, or a boyfriend. What I do have are three amazing daughters, and blessed with a son from God. It's my only son Robert that is the focus of all of this. I do see a Therapist and a Psychiatrist on a regular basis. Both seem to believe that I put in the work that has made me what I am today. My only son Robert, committed homicide then suicide.

I can't begin to tell you how difficult it is to find someone that is willing to go that extra mile with me. I've had tremendous help from my mental professionals to come as far as I have. I don't want to go to the media just yet, due to the sensitivity of the matter. I have, however, shared my knowledge with Mark Boal. Mark Boal is a writer with Rolling Stone.

Please accept my request for assistance. I have so much I want to share with you. I believe you are the one that can really help me. At the same time, I know I can help you too.

Hope to hear from you soon,
Maribel R.

Message Mr. Geary,

I just received my ballot in the mail today and was researching the candidates. My question is, how do you feel about the Nebraska legislature giving/selling our state fair grounds to the University of Nebraska without giving the people of the state of Nebraska a chance to vote on the issue? While I personally will never set foot on the state fair in Grand Island, others will...No big deal, but the problem I have is they never gave the citizens a chance to vote on an issue that will potentially cost us over 1.9 Billion dollars for the whole package.

Glen S.
